 A-CLASS SURFACE GENERATION FROM POINT CLOUD DATA
 
Input - Digitized Data from CMM for Exhaust Manifold.
Deliverable - Model done in IDEAS and Imageware.
   
Input - Point Cloud Data.
Deliverable - A-Surface of the Front Bumper in Imageware.
 
 
SCOPE - To create a A-Class Surface from given drawing.
Input - Drawing showing all sectional at interval of 50mm were given.
Deliverable - A-class surface skin was generated.
 
 
 
 DEVELOPING CAD MODELS USING I-DEAS (C3P), CATIA-V4/V5, UG, PRO-E
 
Scope - To create a featured based CAD model, update design changes and generate associated part and Assembly Drawings
Inputs  - Existing Drawings.
Deliverable - Modifiable CAD Models using feature based modeling techniques (C3P).
Creating associated part and Assembly Drawings.
 
 
 
 
 FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS & CFD SERVICES AND OPTIMIZATION
 
Scope - To study stress values with existing design and optimize the wall thickness for given boundary conditions of the Gate Valve.
Execution - The CAD modeling was done, Solid mesh was created and FEA iterations were run for different wall thickness of the parts to optimize the weight.
Conclusion - The wall thickness was reduced from18mm to 13 mm. The weight of the valve was reduced by 8.2 kg.
 
 
 
 
Scope - To carry Static and Thermal Analysis of Bonnet Assembly and optimize the parts for given load and heat conditions.
Execution - The CAD modeling was done, Solid mesh was created Static and Thermal Analysis carried out for different wall thickness to optimize the weight of the assembly.
Conclusion - Total weight of Bonnet was reduced by 21.5 kg after optimization
 
 
 
 CORE CAVITY EXTRACTION AND TOOL DESIGN AND MOLD FLOW ANALYSIS
 
Scope - To design Injection Molding Tools.
Inputs  - CAD Data of Part.
Deliverable - Complete tool design for given part, Optimization of gate and runner locations after analyzing mold flow results.
 
 
 LEGACY CONVERSION
 
Scope - To create a Parametric Models In I-DEAS/C3P.
Input - Catia Model.
Deliverable - As per Input Models A Parametric CAD modeling of all Parts were done within 0.01 mm deviation.
